Contact Music has a quote of Jackson Browne considering growing a vineyard and becoming a vintner.
“This area has always been a place where I’ve had a house, tended a garden… I’ve often thought that I should do it (become a vintner) while I can still enjoy it. But I may never do it.
“I’m a little worried that if I started to farm out here it wouldn’t be the hideaway that it is for me now.
“I want to be a gentleman farmer, but I don’t want to work very hard.”
