Jackson Browne is the special guest for the 9th annual benefit concert to support the Santa Monica-Malibu Education Foundation‘s For The Arts campaign. He’ll be joined by the band Venice, Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sprocket and host Cynthia Fox of LA’s classic rock station 95.5 KLOS.
100% of the proceeds from the concert and live auction to be held that same night will go to fund and sustain arts education in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. Donations are tax deductible. Jackson Browne is one of the contributing artists of Artists For The Arts Foundation, which is helping organize the concert and other events to help public schools sustain and create arts programs.
The concert is on April 21 from 7 to 9:30 PM at the Santa Monica High School and tickets are now on-sale.
