Judge Sacco doesn’t like Chelsea Morning

NPR’s All Things Considered reports that a Colorado municipal judge, Paul Sacco, has devised a new way to punish repeat offenders of noise pollution and disturbance of the peace with loud music. The culprits will be sentenced to listening to lame music for one hour. Included in the playlist is Joni Mitchell’s “Chelsea Morning”.

Blasphemous, I know.

According to another article that I now can’t find again, if the guilty are found to enjoy the music, the set list will be changed for them. So, maybe “Chelsea Morning” will eventually be removed.
