McCabe’s Anniversary show tonight

The Press-Telegram has an article on tonight’s concert at Royce Hall celebrating guitar shop McCabe’s 50th anniversary.

That first advertised concert featured Bryndle, Karla Bonoff, Andrew Gold and Teddy Edwards.

The opening act? A young unknown singer named Jackson Browne. Nearly 40 years later, when Covey asked if he would return as the centerpiece for the 50 th, Browne replied, “I’d be honored.”
