Jackson Browne performs at Seva’s 30th Anniversary

The San Francisco Chronicle has posted a review of the 5-hour benefit show celebrating the 30th anniversary of Seva in Oakland, California. Jackson Browne was among the impressive line-up, which also included Bonnie Raitt, David Crosby & Graham Nash, Elvis Costello and others.

Browne followed Raitt with a dense, largely leaden set drawn mainly from his new album, “Time the Conqueror,” greatly enhanced by roof-raising vocalists Chavonne Morris and Alethea Mills, who brought so much needed vitality and joy to his performance.
