Telegraph likes Jackson Browne… only a very little

The Telegraph‘s Helen Browne posted a brief review of Jackson Browne’s Time The Conqueror, which is released next week. While she recommends her readers download “Going Down to Cuba” she mostly seems unthrilled.

[Fans will] be sent snoring by the dreary metronomic beats and maundering, melody-lite songs the newly bearded Browne offers here. Sitar and Cuban piano give an occasional worldy lift, but it’s grounded by leaden lyrics.
