Jackson Browne performed as a special guest session player for roots rocker Susan Cowsill’s upcoming album Lighthouse, according to her blog on MySpace. No word yet on what track(s) he performed on, and to what extent.
The album is scheduled for an April 21st release in North America.

Just released as a 3-disc DVD set is The Secret Policeman’s Balls, a collection of fundraising events put on by John Cleese starting in the mid ’70s. Jackson Browne attended one of them in the ’80s and his live performance is included here.
