The Calgary Herald reports that The Fiddle and the Drum, a ballet set to Joni Mitchell’s music, will be adding four songs to become a full-length 92-minute show. “The Reoccurring Dream,” “Ethiopia,” “Woodstock” and “Shine” are the four songs that have been selected by artistic director Jean Grand-Maitre, at Joni Mitchell’s approval. The Alberta Ballet premieres the new version tomorrow at the Eric Harvie Theatre in Alberta, Canada. A Prairie Tour will begin in January, followed by an American tour.
